SHIPPING, RETURNS AND CLAIMS POLICIES

SHIPPING:
The deadlines are estimated in business days (Monday to Friday, regional or national holidays not included).

MATH MOTORSPORT  is not responsible for possible delays by the transport company, as well as absences in the delivery address or data provided incorrectly by the client.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred.

Upon receiving the order, in the event that the package has suffered any type of damage during transport, it is very important that you NOTIFY THE CORRESPONDING TRANSPORT AGENCY WITHIN 24 HOURS TO COMMUNICATE THE INCIDENCE, otherwise, MATH MOTORSPORT will not be responsible for any possible damage caused to the material by the transport agency, since they must be the ones responsible for these damage.

Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla must be quoted individually via email. Orders for such destinations cannot be placed online due to the difficulty of calculating shipping costs.

RETURNS:
– If you receive a defective product, with incorrect content or a reference different from that requested, you must report this within the next 5 business days after receipt. MATH MOTORSPORT will take care of its collection and replacement as soon as possible, without causing additional transportation costs.

Returns will not be accepted if the order received corresponds to the one requested and everything is fine

RESPONSIBILITIES AND CLAIMS:
Most of the material available at MATH MOTORSPORT is intended for racing and/or off-road use, so it is not legal to drive with it nor will it be accepted in the MOT. MATH MOTORSPORT is not responsible for the use given by the client or for any problems that the client may have in the event of police control or vehicle technical inspection.

Competition equipment does not have a guarantee of use, it only has a guarantee for manufacturing defects, which can be verified upon receipt of the product and/or during its installation. Once it has been used, due to the demands of the competition and the stress that this places on the parts, they lose the warranty.

MATH MOTORSPORT  is not responsible for damages and consequences of poor assembly nor for errors made by the installer.
